RingMatcher’s paid plans are one-time digital purchases: a personalized buying brief you can read, export, and take to any jeweler. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product. RingMatcher does not sell rings and is not a jeweler, a gemologist, an appraiser, or a financial adviser.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
If a paid plan is not useful to you, email contact@ringmatcher.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. A refund ends access to the paid tools; anything you already downloaded or exported stays readable.
Bought inside the Android app? That purchase went through Google Play, so we refund the Play order rather than a card. Email us either way, or request it in Google Play directly.
Access, and what stays yours
The Shortlist and The Complete Ring Plan include 30 days of editing tools; The Couple’s Edition includes 90 days. On the website, the plan stays readable afterwards in the browser you used, and after purchase we send a read-only link to the email address you gave at checkout. If it doesn’t arrive, send it again from the report. That link shows the plan as it was when sent, so send an updated link from the report after you refine it; finalist checks are never included in a link. The Couple’s Edition is sent with a link that opens the shared alignment page only, so export each partner’s plan as an HTML file to keep it. The Complete Ring Plan and The Couple’s Edition can be exported as portable HTML files, including after the editing window ends; a PDF download needs active access. Website plans are not an account-backed library — clearing browser data or switching devices can lose your local copy, so keep the emailed link or an export.
Bought in the Android app? That plan is stored only on that phone and is not emailed. The Complete Ring Plan and The Couple’s Edition can be exported as PDF or HTML files from the plan screen, including after the editing window ends; The Shortlist can be shared as text. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or changing phones can make the plan impossible to recover. On either platform, PDF export is not available for plans in Arabic or Urdu; use HTML instead.
Your statutory rights
If you are buying from the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Our guarantee gives you that full period and does not ask you to waive it. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live. Questions: contact@ringmatcher.com.
